Job Description: Join LRT Solutions in our mission to become the leading provider of truckload logistics solutions as our Sales Division Manager. In this role, you will develop and lead our sales teams, driving account growth and delivering top-tier truckload logistics services to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support to drive their success.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members, provide mentorship, direction, coaching and fostering professional growth.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with leadership to generate sales strategies, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives.
- Research and identify business opportunities to drive incremental growth, staying ahead of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Develop lead generation strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with team members, fostering open and transparent communication channels.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success, particularly in closing new business deals.
- 2-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a sales capacity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas, instructions, and feedback.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.
- Goal-oriented mindset, driven by achieving and exceeding targets.
- College degree and transportation experience preferred.
