We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at LS Power Development, LLC. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction activities required to build energy infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Cost estimating and bid package preparation
- Bid solicitation and analysis, contract negotiations, and execution
- Managing the request for information process with vendors and contractors
- Reviewing and negotiating change orders
- Maintaining updated vendor and construction documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited university
- 5-10 years of construction and/or project management experience in the energy industry
- Effective management of multiple assignments under time constraints
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with direction on a regular basis
