About the Role:
LS Power Grid is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Records Analyst to oversee and manage the transmission business records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational record-keeping standards. We’re seeking someone proactive who can collaborate effectively across different business units.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Maintain and implement a comprehensive records management system
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory (FERC), and company policies regarding records management.
- Coordinate with Information Technology department to ensure record systems are functioning properly.
- Maintain and update records management procedures.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure proper record-keeping.
- Coordinate record electronic repository access.
- Assist with project closeout procedures by compiling, organizing, importing, and entering metadata on defined records.
- Plan, organize, and complete records projects
Qualifications

- Hold an Associates/Bachelors degree
- Will have 3 years of experience in records management, with utility experience being a plus.
- Will possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- You are self-motivated and disciplined with effective job execution.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ideally you also have
- Experience with Laserfiche Document Management System.
