Compensation
The salary for this role is $xxx - $xxx. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in (Location). This salary range may also be modified in the future.
About the Role:
LS Power is seeking a senior project controls specialist to be responsible for maintaining the budget and schedule for large (hundreds of millions of dollars), complex, multi-year energy infrastructure projects. This role will be integrated with the project execution team with responsibilities throughout project development and construction phases including forecasting, re-forecasting, and monitoring of budgets and schedules; detailed analysis of variances to budget and month over month expenditures; tracking accruals; and documenting cost exceedances related to specific tasks/work orders.

- Have 5 to 10 years of project controls experience on large, complex projects
- Can effectively managed multiple assignments under time constraints

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Can independently worked with direction on a regular basis
