Job Description
LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking a Program Analyst to support Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, evaluations, analyses, and studies to support short- and long-term program planning requirements.
- Develop and present recommendations and solutions for program and operational improvements.
- Provide guidance on configuration management processes and tools, ensuring compliance with FAA Order 1800.66 and EIA-649 standards.
- Support DevSecOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, and utilize tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Artifactory.
- Manage and track program data, metrics, and performance through reports and dashboards.
- Facilitate the use of FAA-specific tools like IFS CLMRS for Case File Management and other federal case management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical documentation, project plans, and workflows.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Earned Value Management, financial analysis, and risk management processes.
- Provide training and mentorship on program tools, methodologies, and configuration management standards.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and FAA-specific standards.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with configuration management tools such as Jira, Git, Confluence, and CMPro.
- Experience with FAA tools and processes, including case management systems.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with senior-level managers and corporate executives.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Configuration Management Professional (CM2 or equivalent).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification.
- DevSecOps-specific certifications (e.g., Certified DevSecOps Professional, AWS DevOps Engineer).
Work Requirements
- Location: Atlantic City, NJ.
- Work Hours: Standard office hours with potential for limited remote work.
- Travel: Minimal to no travel required.
- Physical Requirements: Extended computer use for data analysis and documentation.Occasional mobility to access technical resources or collaborate with team members.

Compensation (Pay Bands)
The salary for this position will be determined based on a range of factors, including education, certifications, experience, and location. The estimated compensation range for this position reflects the broadest range possible, taking into account geographic and clearance requirements.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
