LS2group is looking for a full-time Account Executive to join our growing and fast paced public relations and public affairs firm. The primary role of the Account Executive is to provide flawless execution for clients. Flawless execution requires thoroughness, timeliness and accuracy. Account Executive must exhibit strong organizational and communication skills, be an effective team player, and exhibit a “can do” attitude – finding ways around any potential problem or barrier.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
- Plans and manages all account-specific projects, from project initiation to project completion
- Works well both leading and participating in a team environment.
- Facilitates internal communication, providing clear direction/constructive feedback team members
- Keeps team members informed on project developments and issues via regular status meetings, reports, and meeting recaps
- Recognizes and devises solutions to potential project challenges/issues
- Compiles and maintains a historical file for each project
- Manages a team to execute at a high level
Client Management
- Develops trust and confidence of client
- Develops strategic plans to exceed client goals.
- Knows how/when to engage strategic planning
- Always thinking of ways to exceed a client’s expectations
- Critically thinking about our clients needs, thinking ahead of a client/project
- Constantly thinks about client’s business and brings new ideas to team
- Takes the initiative to intimately learn all aspect of the client’s business and industry
Personal Development

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. 2 years agency or industry experience preferred.

- Flexibility to work extra hours as needed.
- Position based in our Twin Cities or Des Moines offices.
