We are currently seeking an HR Intern to join our Charlotte office on a part-time basis. You are passionate about customer service to our internal team; detail-oriented; efficient; devoted to quality output; able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. You possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines; and have excellent communication skills.
A Day in the Life :
- Regularly audit and update internal excel databases and reports
- Assist in organizing company events and career days including, but not limited to sending our invitations, calendar coordination, reserving spaces, transportation, meals and accommodations.
- Provide logistical support for recruiting processes
- Support the firm's development programs :
Manage calendars and communications for development workshops
