We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Residential Property maintenance and demonstrate proficiency in various mechanical and electrical tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on make ready apartments, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections of apartments to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Execute repairs and maintenance on appliances and fixtures as needed.
- Utilize RealPage or Yardi to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Assist with residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Read and interpret work orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Supervise maintenance staff when necessary, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
