The Opportunity
As a Floating Leasing Specialist at LSA Management, you will fill in at various properties as needed, working with leasing inquiries, securing appointments, and providing property tours. You will play a key role in ensuring resident satisfaction and community profitability, working closely with the Community Manager to align community goals with company objectives. Affordable housing leasing experience is highly desired. Multifamily leasing experience is highly desired, and LIHTC experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
The Skillset
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- 3 years of Leasing experience
- Affordable housing leasing experience highly desired
- Multifamily leasing experience highly desired
- LIHTC experience preferred
- Lease Up experience preferred
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Solid computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel, internet, email)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager and RealPage Property Management software
