LSEG is looking for an experienced and highly ambitious individual for the role of regional lead of Broker Relationships! This person will drive a comprehensive and ongoing Broker engagement program, handling and growing broker dealer relationships across the region. The individual will operate in close collaboration with LSEG's buyside sales team and the LSEG Account teams.
The BRM will be expected to generate leads by maintaining communications with sellside broker dealers, while providing product updates, market intelligence, competitive analysis, as well as identify industry trends.This role will also cover a broad range of partner relationships, including:
- 1: Prime Brokerage / Prime Consulting
- 2: Execution / Sales Desks
- 3: Market Data / Vendor relations
- 4: Partners and Others e.g. Fund Administrators, Law firms etc
What you bring:
- A demonstrated ability of 5 years in the OEMS space is required, alongside a solid network of industry contacts and consistent track record to build and be a great partner with senior level decision-makers
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative and proactive
- Willingness to learn and grow
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 (active)
Compensation/Benefits Information (New York applicants only):
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $156,300 - $290,500.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
