The London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Quantitative Developer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will work closely with our senior developers and quantitative analysts to develop, apply, and maintain models and tools that support our clients' trading and risk management activities through the Yield Book analytics product suite which includes the Yield Book Excel Add-In, Structuring Tool, and API. RoleResponsibilities:
Write high-quality code and create unit tests to deliver analytics business logic via Yield Book Excel Add-In, Structuring Tool, and API
Work under supervision of senior quant developers to implement fixed-income analytics logic on client-side applications and server-side API
Collaborate with product management, other senior quants, and client service teams to build sophisticated solutions for clients
Job Requirements:
Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.
College-level Calculus plus at least one Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or Engineering courses
Excellent programming skills in one of the strong typed languages (C#, Java)
Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
1-2 years of experience in financial industry preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience with C/C is preferred
Experience with financial analytics is preferred
Compensation/Benefits Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $117,600 - $196,000.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
