We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team in Framingham, MA! As a Server, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests by delivering outstanding service, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure guests' needs are met.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide recommendations.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning tables, ensuring the dining area remains presentable.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred .
• Micros POS experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
