Position Overview: The Program and Project Scheduler will support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the implementation of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Facilities and Equipment (F&E) Program. The role involves schedule analysis for Airport Traffic Control Towers' new builds, modernization, and sustainment projects within the FAA's Western and Central Service Areas. The Scheduler will ensure compliance with all requirements specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) and task orders issued under the Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for FAA infrastructure initiatives.
- Perform schedule analysis, ensuring alignment with program milestones and objectives.
- Coordinate with FAA stakeholders to monitor and track project progress.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations for improving project timelines.
- Support the preparation and analysis of Design-Build solicitations and project milestones.
- Ensure adherence to the Service Contract Labor Standards and FAA-specific requirements.
- Manage deliverables, document changes, and provide litigation or ODRA support as necessary.
- Utilize scheduling tools to track project performance and maintain accuracy in reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project scheduling for large-scale infrastructure or aviation-related projects.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Understanding of FAA requirements, particularly in schedule monitoring and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under a Time & Materials (T&M) framework.
- Familiarity with the Service Contract Act (SCA) labor standards.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and coordination with FAA personnel.

Pay: $90,899.00 - $124,000.00 per year
