We are the world's largest provider of airline catering and in-flight solutions. LSG Sky Chefs caters to over 300 airlines in more than 200 customer service centers in over 50 countries around the world. We are seeking a meticulous and analytically minded individual to join our team as a Supplemental Meal Handler / Food Department Auditor. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and safety of meals prepared for airline passengers.

Salary : $21.00 per hour
Responsibilities :
Conduct daily audits and checks on prepared airline food to verify compliance with safety and quality standards. This includes inspecting meals for proper plating, assembly, weights, temperatures, and adherence to provided photos, diagrams, and plan-o-grams.
Spend significant time in food coolers and freezers conducting inspections on prepared meals. Comfort in working in cooler / freezer environments is essential for this role.
Quickly and accurately count items during auditing processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in meal preparation and packaging.
Effectively communicate audit findings to relevant stakeholders and collaborate to address any discrepancies or mistakes found during auditing. Timely and clear communication is essential to ensure corrective actions are taken promptly and accurately.
Maintain detailed records of audit findings, including any discrepancies or deviations from standards. Document corrective actions taken and follow up to ensure compliance.
