Role Purpose Statement

You'll be working onsite in Houston, TX and will be responsible for day-day management of customer data and provide production and packing reports to operations. Assist the Accounts Supervisor/Manager with projects as assigned

Main Accountabilities

• Responsible for reconciling airline bills from food delivery customers
• Responsible for compiling all feedback data from airline customers
• Responsible for creating reports daily, weekly, monthly, verifying vendor invoices
• Responsible for troubleshooting and providing general support to the Accounts Supervisor/Manager/users as needed
• Work independently and within Team
• Receive incoming calls, and route to appropriate staff, if necessary
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned (FAFBL, Briefing Notes)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1-2 year accounting or related experience
• Working knowledge of SAP, preferred
• Strong math skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives
• Command of software programs (Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
