Role Purpose Statement The Billing Coordinator will support all accounting related duties including additional administrative tasks. They will make sure accounting principles are followed and confidentiality is prioritized. Main Accountabilities Process and organize key account billing and paperwork. Process Account payables and Account receivables. Tracking and pricing charter bills. Reconcile transaction in SAP, APW. Perform month end inventory including entering count and order. Ordering office supplies and making sure inventory levels are enough. Making sure daily billing is accurately entered in the system. True and correct invoices in the system and making sure the correct cost center is used. Reconcile purchase card transaction to the statement given. Other duties as assigned. Work independently and within a team on special projects. Knowledge, Skills and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Accounting or related feel degree (Preferred). Minimum one year billing / materials and / or clerical experience required SAP MM experience required. Strong interpersonal / communication skills. Must be able to perform in a high stress environment. Strong organizational skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
