JOB OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Associate (Driver) is responsible for catering aircraft and transporting meals / beverage / equipment to assign flights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather all necessary equipment for assigned flights.
- Verify flights documentation to ensure correct items are loaded before heading to ramp.
- Interact with other Customer Service team members to identify and resolve problems.
- Interface with flight attendants and provide excellent customer service.
- Show the customers the contents of the carts
- Meet the aircraft in the field
- Confirm position of carts
- Verify carts are packed correctly
- Ensure the customer (flight crew) has everything required to service their customers
- Comply with all operating and safety procedures regarding driving, positioning the unit at the planes, securing the work platform, loading and unloading carts on and off the planes.
- Dispose of domestic and international trash based on CBP regulated guidelines.
- Must have the ability to follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and interact / communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary.
