What are the responsibilities and job description for the DEN - Flight Checker position at LSG Sky Chefs?
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Add or subtract product for assigned flights as necessary
- Ensure flight is complete and fully prepared for departure
- Separate Airline equipment and ensure all equipment is in good working order
- Push completed flights to designated area
- Maintain documentation/file of all flights checked
- Provide excellent internal customer service Quantity & Quality control
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to interpret Flight Specifications and Billing Sales Form
- Ability to conduct spec checks on finished product.
- Ability to organize and maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Ability to comprehend Menu and Flight Galley specifications.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customer both internal and external.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Detail oriented
QUALIFICATIONS; EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent attendance.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must have ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
- Must be a team spirited individual.
- Should have good working knowledge of airline specifications.
- Must be flexible on days off and start time.
