The Cold Food Prep employees prepare the meals according to airline specifications by cutting, chopping, wrapping, and assembling dishes and meals. They also set up food carts for the airlines with all required food items
Qualification of Cold Food Prep
- Understanding of HACCP Compliance.
- Ability to speak, read and understand English.
- Full compliance will all work rules and regulations.
- Flexibility and the ability to react to changing priorities.
- Above average skill level with cutlery, small wares and equipment
- Ability to communicate with Customers/Coworkers.
- Strong Organizational skills.

- Work assigned schedule which may include multiple shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Work overtime when required.
- Arrive to work on-time.
Environmental Requirements of Cold Food Prep
- Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noises
- This position requires to be active, walking, heavy lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8 hours.
