The Express Driver operates inside Chicago's O'Hare Airport. (S)he is responsible for catering aircraft within a specific zone and doing quality checks on assigned flights; adding or subtracting meals for assigned flights; topping off flights with drinks, meals and other catering needs.Job Requirements / Responsibilities
- Cater regional flights out of O'Hare airport.
- Perform quality checks on all assigned flights
- Add or subtract meals for assigned flights
- Add or subtract special meals for assigned flights.
- Possess a valid Driver's License (non-CDL)
- Able to pass an airport and TSA background check
- Pass a criminal background and drug screen.
- Flexibility and ability to react to changing priorities
- Ability to communicate with Customers / Coworkers
- Ability to speak, read and understand English
- Must have the ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines
- Able to push, pull, and lift over 50 lbs
- Able to pass a basic written test
- Able to pass a basic driving skills test
- Work overtime when required.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniform as required.
- Our Employees Must Be Able to work their assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends or holidays.
- Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes (hot and cold) and noise.
- This position requires being active, walking, heavy lifting and pushing 50 lbs.
- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8 hours
