Responsibilities and duties
Responsible for receiving, properly dating and rotating, and storing products in designated storage areas according to FIFO practices.Responsible for delivering various products to various departments on continuous basis, or according to a delivery schedule, or by requisitions/kit.Decant products following FIFO practices, accurately record liquor/beer/wine usage on daily liquor decanting log, handle food according to HACCP Guidelines.Must keep work area/department clean and organized.Breaks down cardboard and follows the recycling process.Must work safely following safety guidelines.
