Main Responsibilities
- Oversee transportation and production operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Lead a team of drivers and production employees to achieve productivity goals and maintain high-quality standards
- Monitor and engage employees in all safety & performance initiatives
- Conduct daily work group meetings and provide regular feedback to staff
- Ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies standards, including OSHA, FDA, USDA, and EPA
- Document and follow up on department processes to implement improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge
- One to three years of related work experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
