RSW - Fort Meyers,FL - Warehouse/Materials worker (RSW)

DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Responsible for receiving and checking deliveries to ensure products delivered, are accurate and of good quality; assisting with daily, weekly, and monthly inventory. The warehouse worker will stock in designated storage areas according to FIFO practices. Must keep work area/department clean and organized. Must work safely following safety guidelines including wearing PPE.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have possess an excellent attendance
• 
  Must have good organizational skills and be adaptable to frequent changes
• Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment
• Must be able to date products and verify the information.
• Follow FIFO at all times
• Must be able to work in heat and/or cold environment
• Must be able to work around moving equipment and wet floors
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. or push up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to walk/stoop/bend/stand for 8 to 10 hours per shift
• Must be flexible to work various positions or complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
• Must be able to use an electrical and manual pallet jack
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Computer literacy.
• Must hold current valid driver’s license with no infractions
• Must pass DOT physical, criminal background check, and drug screen.
