Role Purpose Statement

The role involves executing critical supply chain activities with a focus on data analysis for financial reporting and driving improvements across our supply chain processes.

Main Accountabilities

  • Lead the design and deployment of tools and data analytics to drive insightful reporting on Supply Chain performance.
  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of the Food Cost Tracker and advanced technical reporting systems.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of documentation—from authoring to quality control—ensuring precision and clarity in all processes.
  • Collaborate with specialized programs to ensure tools and documentation are available for optimal performance.
  • Dive deep into supply chain analytics, including spend tracking, food cost analysis, and compliance assessments.
  • Assess and refine demand-planning methods within CSCs, leveraging consumption trends.
  • Integrate analytical tools into financial controlling and performance reporting.
  • Redefine operational metrics and develop advanced measurement tools.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Balance the details of goods receipts while resolving APW issues.
  • Offer analytical support to drive success across high-impact processes and projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • An Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven success in a similar role.
  • Mastery of computer systems, with strong skills in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with SAP MM and CBase is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-directed professional with outstanding organizational skills.
  • In-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Supply Chain management.
  • Advanced reconciliation abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Superior analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong time management skills.
  • A natural problem-solver, equipped to tackle challenges head-on.
