This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Generalist at LSI ADL TECHNOLOGY LLC located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various functional areas including recruitment, employee relations, performance mgmt, payroll and compliance. This position does not include direct reports but plays a crucial role in supporting managers and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Experience with HR Policies implementation
- Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration knowledge
- Weekly Payroll and HR database
- Recruiting & Onboarding/Orientation
- Provide guidance for supervisors and managers on HR related inquiries.
- Assist in providing consistent and fair practices among the team.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as company policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or 3 years experience in an HR role
