We are seeking motivated individuals for entry-level production positions with a reputable garage door manufacturer in Lawrence, KS.
About the Role
As a production associate, you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process, working alongside a team on the assembly line to produce and package garage doors per order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate to different workstations as production needs dictate.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to assemble and fabricate products.
- Lift and/or move loads up to 50 lbs, with occasional requirements to lift and/or move up to 80 lbs.
- Maintain the ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day.
- Adapt to a manufacturing environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by consistently showing up for work on time.
- Collaborate effectively within a team setting to achieve production goals.
Benefits
Starting at $17.50 - $19.60/hour, with overtime paying up to $29.40/hour. We offer a 3-day work week and training is provided and compensated, with opportunities for cross-training in various areas of the facility.
