  • Communicate all material needs for their assigned Assembly line to Inventory Control: escalate any material disruptions or shortages as needed.
  • Communicate and escalate all equipment needs (both upcoming preventative maintenance and equipment outages) to Production Technicians, Automation Technicians, Calibration Technicians and Manufacturing Engineers to minimize the potential for production interruptions and reduce the duration of acute or ongoing issues.
  • Review incoming Work Orders and prepare for production; review applicable Quality Alerts, Deviations, and other non-standard process requirements to ensure they are followed and their impact to throughput are managed and minimized.
  • Review production documentation records, ensuring they are complete and accurate.
  • Communicate and escalate any product quality or record issues with Quality Control.
  • Directly oversee Work Order and product changeover on their assigned assembly lines, minimizing the duration and potential for issues of these changeovers.
