Position Summary
The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of the branch, leading a team of recruiters and administrative staff. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service to clients and applicants, supporting sales efforts, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and driving branch performance. The Branch Manager exercises independent decision-making, manages workflow, and fosters a professional, safe, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage branch staff to ensure performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with Business Development to support client retention and new business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Oversee recruitment processes and ensure applicant and client satisfaction.
- Conduct staff reviews and address performance or disciplinary issues as needed.
- Monitor financial reports, track KPIs, and contribute to profitability goals.
- Participate in safety inspections, investigations, and resolution of complaints or grievances.
- Support recruiting through community outreach, job fairs, and online sourcing.
- Serve as point of contact for client issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Attend regular management meetings and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
- Assist with special projects, new branch openings, and occasional travel as needed.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Qualifications & Competencies
- College degree or 2 years of staffing, recruiting, or sales experience.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Effective communicator across all channels (in-person, phone, email, chat).
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willing to participate in company functions and training sessions.

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, plus incentive
