Key Responsibilities :
- Vendor Communication and Coordination :
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook extensively to communicate with vendors regarding scheduling, updates, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate move logistics and track progress through email correspondence.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with external partners.
- Data Management and Entry :
- Accurately input and update data into Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Maintain detailed records of vendor interactions, move statuses, and related information.
- Organize and manage electronic files and documents.
- Perform data verification and quality control checks to identify and correct errors.
- Problem Solving and Issue Resolution :
- Proactively identify and address any discrepancies or issues related to vendor coordination or data entry.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to find efficient solutions and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
- General Administrative Support :
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned, which may include generating reports or assisting with data analysis.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems.
