Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Pay: Based on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in a manufacturing environment. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery, with a focus on the front-end loader, to support various manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment operation, a strong attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials.
• Ensure that the equipment is properly maintained, conducting pre-operational checks and performing basic troubleshooting when necessary.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work closely with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations within the manufacturing facility.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of equipment use and material handling.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures while on the job.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment, especially front-end loaders, in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of equipment safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Valid certifications or licenses to operate heavy machinery (preferred).
• Must be able to work in a shift-based environment (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM).
