Our client is seeking an entry-level Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. This role involves supporting various aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and more. This is a fully on-site position in Lawrence, KS.

What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate would be a recent college graduate with a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, and/or someone with 1-2 years of experience in administrative support roles who is eager to grow in the HR field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- OR 1-2 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR tools (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
