Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
- Employee Records & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Payroll & Benefits Support:
- Assist in processing payroll and maintaining benefits enrollment.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and policies.
- HR Administration:
- Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Organize and maintain HR files, both digital and physical.
- Employee Relations:
- Address basic employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
