Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and coordinate all work in the Shipping department
Train and guide shipping team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Verify shipments for correct materials, quantities, and quality standards
Ensure proper packing and documentation for timely deliveries
Identify and implement process improvements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For :
3 years of experience in shipping / logistics
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
