This is a submittal-only opportunity for candidates with prior steel metal work experience. Successful candidates will initially train on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities
- Operate overhead cranes to move and position steel materials safely and efficiently.
- Utilize forklifts to load, unload, and transport steel products within the facility.
- Operate CNC machinery for metal processing.
- Utilize plasma cutters for cutting steel to specific dimensions.
- Perform "cut to length" operations on steel materials.
- Assist with various steel metalworking tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Prior experience in steel metal work is strongly desired.
- Demonstrated experience operating overhead cranes.
- Proven forklift operating experience.
- Experience operating CNC machines is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using plasma cutting equipment.
- Experience with "cut to length" processes for steel.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations in a steel working environment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Training (approximately 1-2 weeks): 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at $20.00 per hour.
- Regular Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM at $20.00 per hour.
