Maintenance Technician
Schedule : 3rd shift 6pm-6am
Cantex is a manufacturing plant for PVC pipe. We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician with strong work ethics and manufacturing experience.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role. Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Must be well-organized and can prioritize tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment
- Repair or replace defective parts in various systems, including plumbing systems, and electrical systems
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and fix issues
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, power tools, and maintenance software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Read manuals of equipment and interpret them to understand how to operate and maintain them properly
- Prioritize daily work orders according to their level of importance
