Wage: $13:50/hr. to start, then $16.10/hr. after 3 months.
LSI Staffing is looking for Operators to set up equipment and make all standard adjustments to our machines. Operators run product in efficient productive manner and are responsible for quality and quantity of production, inspection of product, packaging and housekeeping around equipment. Prepare daily production report. Must be able to train on ANY shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of Operators.
- Able to verify quality of product by visual and analytical checks.
- Observes operation of machine and verifies performance.
- Provide accurate daily production reports.
- Able and willing to climb silos.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Basic Math Skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
