LSI is hiring for Job Title
Description: Packaging Gatorade and Propel water bottles into a box ( 4 bottles at a time),making boxes, palletizing cases, breaking down those boxes, and sweeping and cleaning on occasion as needed. They occasionally may lift to 35 pounds to move the box but that’s not consistent. Currently they do a raise every 6 months. There is no cap on that due to nobody being here long enough for them to put a cap on pay. When they convert (after 520 hours) they are eligible for all benefits, 401k, and PTO. I know that when I mention the no cap pay raises & benefits, it tends to get people a little more excited about the position.
