About the Role:
A dedicated individual is being sought after to fill the position of Food Safety and Quality Associate Supervisor. In this role, you will support the management team in implementing food safety and quality procedures and processes within a manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for managing and training a team of 4-6 quality auditors while ensuring product quality and food safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of food safety and quality procedures and processes within the manufacturing facility.
- Manage and train a team of 4-6 quality auditors.
- Develop and maintain high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Agricultural Business, Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, or 5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, or have the legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Applicants must not require sponsorship for an employment visa, now or in the future.
- Must be willing to relocate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package:
The base salary for this role is between $57,900-$81,100 per year, based on relevant experience, job-related skills, and geographic location.
