We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Coordinator with a background in Quality Control (QC) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and efficient workplace environment while maintaining high-quality standards in our industrial production warehouse.
Responsibilities :Maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, implement corrective actions, and report findings.
- Coordinate safety training programs.
- Promote a positive safety culture.

- Floor Support :
- Assist in troubleshooting safety and quality issues on the production floor.
- Contribute to production activities as needed, such as packing, assembly, or other tasks.
- Promote safe work practices and encourage employee participation in safety initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Physical Demands : This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects. The ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes dirty environment is essential.
