What are the responsibilities and job description for the Global Program Manager/Director position at LSI?
LSI is hiring a Global Program Manager/Director to spearhead programming for LSI’s flagship events—LSI USA, LSI Asia, and LSI Europe—as well as satellite and partner-hosted events. Reporting to Chief Business Officer, this role you will craft and execute programs that help medtech and healthtech executives make smarter decisions and foster stronger industry partnerships at leading events.
Responsibilities
- Design and curate a world-class program featuring keynotes, panels, fireside chats, workshops and more that educate, engage, and challenge medtech and healthtech executives
- Build strong relationships with investors, strategics, startup executives, and sponsors to identify emerging trends, critical challenges, and bold ideas to leverage in programming.
- Conduct global market research to identify and defend the most impactful topics and speakers, ensuring relevance and engagement for our global community.
- Execute all aspects of operations and logistics associated with program construction, including ideation, planning, coordination with external stakeholders engagement, release cadence, retrospectives and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage LSI’s brand, reach, and infrastructure for program success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in medtech and healthtech innovation and investment, backed by professional experience in startups, venture capital, or a related firm in the industry
- Genuine enthusiasm for healthcare and the valuable impact that curated events and market intelligence have on the stakeholders that drive the industry forward
- Self-starting spirit, with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and be proactive in achieving our shared goals
- Extremely organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, relationships, and email chains at once across global time zones
- Thoroughness in research, analysis, and diligence
