Responsibilities
- Demonstrate administrative leadership
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components
- Perform electrical connections: stripping, crimping and soldering complex electronics and cables
- Assist the team and lead as engineering liaison
- Develop manufacturing documentation and drawing mark-ups for engineering
- Ability to work with any tool in Manufacturing
- Operate, calibrate, and train team on test equipment
- Lead, mentor and train other staff in assembly
- Ability to perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) / Quality Control
- Follow and enforce prescribed safety regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentially and communicate effectively
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years of experience in assembling mechanical and electrical components in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in a high paced manufacturing environment
- Have the drive and ability to provide high quality products with an attention to detail
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive, and professional relationships
- Contribute to a culture of inclusion
- Constant standing/walking with ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Capable of using hand, electric and pneumatic tools
- Requires constant pushing, pulling, standing, reaching, grasping, bending, and stooping
- Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm
- Flexibility in Schedule
- Opportunity for Overtime
- Possible exposure to dust, shavings, oil, grease, noise, vibration, dirt, heat and fumes
- Candidate must be a US Citizen
