Heritage Pointe, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our growing team.

We have helped seniors Age Magnificently since 2013 in our gorgeous 58-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts: Full-Time, Monday-Friday(9a-5:30p) Includes some nights and weekends as needed.
Wage: $25-$28/Hourly

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include:
- Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
- Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
- Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
- Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
- Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
- Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in health care is preferred.
