Round Lake Senior Living recently opened in January 2023 and is a beautiful community located in Arden Hills. right off highway 694, near Bethel University. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 120-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full Time and Part Time AM, Part-Time PM and Overnights
HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour
CNA Wage: $19-$24 per hour

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:
- CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
