LSL Brands a retail management company based in Doylestown PA, with 5 Stores located at the beautiful Washington Street Mall in Cape May NJ .
We are looking for a full time Social Media Strategist/Assistant Store Manager to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through innovative content and digital storytelling. This mid-level role is ideal for a creative and analytical thinker with a strong background in retail and social media strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple retail brands to drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
Create, schedule, and publish compelling content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, using insights to optimize content and strategy.
Coordinate and host in-store events to drive foot traffic, increase sales and create engaging, real-time social media content.
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with company goals.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging social media best practices.
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Assist in influencer partnerships and social media advertising efforts.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.
3-5 years of experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Proficiency in social media analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social,
etc.).
Strong content creation skills, including photography and video editing.
Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Knowledge of paid social media advertising preferred.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to analyze data and optimize content for engagement and conversion.
Experience in influencer partnerships and community management is a plus.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
