The primary responsibility of this position is to provide administrative support to the Business Office, Leadership team and clinics.
Job Responsibilities:
· Bookkeeping: Perform general bookkeeping tasks including A/R, A/P and reconciliations.
· Operations: Assist Business Manager with administrative tasks as assigned including request for proposal projects, tenant management.
· Customer Relations: Greet visitors who enter the business office, answer phones and direct calls.
· Meetings & Events: Coordinate clinic-wide meetings and special functions and ensure minutes are recorded as needed; preparations include staff notification and meal coordination.
· Clinic Coordination: Work closely with Clinic Coordinators to facilitate efficient equipment repairs and supply maintenance
Required Skills and Competencies:
· 2 to 4 years experience in a professional business setting, with progressive responsibilities in bookkeeping and administrative work
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize tasks and successfully manage multi-tasking situations
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrated strong typing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
