About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our healthcare team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our healthcare customer base, targeting hospitals and health systems.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of sales techniques and market trends.
This role requires a self-starter with a demonstrated track record of success in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong desire to exceed targets. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead the healthcare sales team as an individual contributor selling enterprise software solutions to hospitals and health systems.
- Prospect and generate opportunities through cold calling and outbound emails.
- Build and manage your pipeline to achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential clients and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing) is preferred.
Compensation
$75k Base, commission, bonus
