Sr Solution Engineer
Job Summary:
The Solution Engineer plays a key role in implementing LSPedia solutions, ensuring customer success, and driving adoption of best practices. This role requires expertise in DSCSA, LSPedia solutions, GS1 standards, manufacturer serialization processes, and wholesaler business operations. The Solution Engineer collaborates closely with customers to deploy solutions, resolve tickets, and provide ongoing education. Additionally, they demonstrate software to customers during sales cycles and provide feedback to R&D for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage solution deployment projects, ensuring smooth implementation and customer success.
- Consults and works closely with project managers, clients, and co-workers to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Test, maintain, and monitor software features, system performance, and customer feedback.
- Provide training and assistance to internal and external users on new features and troubleshooting.
- Support live customer issues via LSPedia’s support portal.
- Contribute to industry programs, pilot initiatives, and customer care programs.
- Develop and maintain solution manuals, FAT, UAT, URS, and technical documentation.
- Create training materials and self-learning resources for customers.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor LSPedia systems, ensuring security and proper access controls.
- Nurture customer relationships
- Collaborate with co-workers and serve as technical resource to resolve any problems/situations that may arise, serving as a mentor and highest escalation point to all technical Professional Services resources.
- Creates standards for systems requirements while also developing automation and process improvements.
- Document all aspects of technical work to provide appropriate information for client billing and ongoing support.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Lead the development and documentation of project deployment standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years working in Information Technology and/or supply chain management
- Experience with DSCSA, GS1 standards, and serialization processes in manufacturing or distribution.
- Hands-on experience with LSPedia solutions or similar supply chain compliance software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting system and data issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to support customer adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in software implementation or technical project management.
- Familiarity with wholesaler business processes and pharmaceutical supply chain.
- Experience in industry programs, pilots, or regulatory compliance initiatives.
