What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at LSR Multifamily?
LSR Multifamily is the premier roofer and general contractor for the multifamily industry, and we are looking for new team members to add to our winning team.
We are looking for “people people” who love to provides solutions to problems. 1-2 years Sales experience preferred (Roofing/Construction preferred, but not necessary). We will train you!
If you are highly motivated, a self-starter, organized, EXCELLENT communicator, highly responsive with a sense of urgency, team oriented and intelligent then we want to meet you!
Day in the Life
- Call on our most important asset, our multifamily customers.
- Build valuable relationships at the property levels for multifamily clients.
- Increase penetration within existing clients to add additional new properties for roofing and construction work.
- Build a robust pipeline of opportunities to achieve specific sales goals.
- Execute the processes in the sales playbook to maintain and grow the sales pipeline.
- Understand LSR’s sales process and translate it into a winning value proposition.
- Manage jobsite personnel and/or subcontractors.
- Quality control/inspect work during punch out/final walk with customer.
- Work in a safety-first manner.

Compensation
- Salary - $55k
- Truck allowance or the use of a company vehicle
- Commission
- Profit Sharing
- First year compensation will be in the 95-125K Range.
Salary : $55,000 - $125,000
