If you share these five values, come and join our team, which helps to ensure safety by delivering solutions that provide our customers with peace of mind.Responsibilities / Duties / Functions / TasksThe Regional Account Rep is the business manager and accountable for the leadership of all sales activity with a given region (Ohio, Indiana and Michigan).High energy sales professional - goal oriented, success-driven individual with a record of producing budgeted results and earning the rewards of a top producer.Grow current client base in the market by renewing current contracts, cross-selling new services and maintaining relationships. In addition, aggressively builds new clients with a combination of networking, cold calling, and other sales and marketing activities to build a healthy sales pipeline.Make presentations to clients, facility management groups, and other organizations to provide education regarding codes, and promote LSS. Represent LSS at trade shows and conferences.Maintain the company's contact management data base, complete weekly sales reports, and meet with management on a regular basis to ensure performance, strategy, and resultsTravels to meet with prospective clients as needed, as well as attend company meetings as requiredEnsure 100% client satisfactionQualificationsPossess a hunter mentalityExperience in Service Sales & Contract NegotiationProficient with standard corporate sales productivity tools (CRM, email, voicemail, MS Office)Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skillsOpportunity qualification and objection handling; ability to help educate the customerStrong interpersonal skills to quickly build trust / rapport with prospectsSales training and CRM experience is a plus, but not mandatoryAbility to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team playerMinimum 2 years of experience to work in a high-energy sales team environment and be a team playerSpecial Position RequirementsCompensation and BenefitsSalary Commission / BonusHealth Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA).
