Position: Full-time; evening and overnight hours Part-time; morning, evening, and overnight hours
Salary: Starting wage $18 to $20 per hour; dependent on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Provide residential care to youth ages 10 to 17 who have a variety of mental health, behavioral, substance abuse, and legal issues.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, conduct groups, supervise youth in community settings, and provide a positive and healthy environment through role modeling.
Qualifications:
- For the Residential Counselor position, a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or social science field is preferred; or post-secondary education and a minimum of one year of experience working with children; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- For the Residential Worker position, a high school diploma or GED is preferred, as is experience working with youth.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.
- Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.
- Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain approved driver status.
